This research aims to describe the strategy of having a master's in implementing Cambridge curriculum shep student’s potential compete globally at SMP Thursina Internasional Islamic Boarding School Malang. The focuses study involve (1) characteristics students’ for international competitions. (2) from hand master establish students competing Globally. (3) model headmaster findings show that 1) with good Globally can be observed foreign language proficiency, academic achievement both national and levels, kind Extracurricular program provided. through application management function which includes: planning, organization, implementation, Evaluation. 3) implementation overseas program, Quality Control, human resource research.
